A machine learning company is making the rounds with a new tool called “Deep Dive,” which lets you dive deep into data without leaving your office.
The company, called Autodesk, launched Deep Dive at its tech hub in New York City on Thursday.
It allows anyone to dive into data at the click of a button.
“We’ve spent the last year working with machine learning experts to create a machine-learning tool that’s intuitive, fast and simple to use, with a clear vision for the future of machine learning,” Autodesks co-founder and CEO Paul Chou said in a press release.
“Deep dive enables you to see a lot more data at once and is an incredibly powerful tool for data analysts and decision makers, and for anyone who wants to learn more about machine learning.”
The new Deep Dive tool will be available in the coming months for a price of $2,199.
The feature is designed to make it easy for anyone to get started in machine learning.
“It’s a simple but powerful tool that enables you and your team to learn a lot of data without having to leave your office,” Chou said.
Deep Dive is also a “big data analytics tool,” which Autodesky calls “the new gold standard” for analyzing big data.
The tool can automatically categorize data according to data quality, but Autodesys also provides some insight into the structure of a dataset.
“A lot of the big data analytics that we’ve been doing for years now have relied on machine learning, but deep dive enables us to do this even better, to look at how data is organized and then build new insights,” Chou added.
The Deep Dive feature is available in iOS and Android apps.
Autodeska said it is working on integrating the new tool with its own data, which it says will include some of the most popular companies in the data analytics space.
The new tools “are really powerful tools that we think are really useful for people who want to learn about machine intelligence and machine learning data,” Autosks vice president of product marketing Paul J. Pritchard said in an interview with VentureBeat.
“You can have an analytics team looking at data, then dive into the data and figure out how to use it.”
The tool has been downloaded more than 70,000 times on the App Store, with more than 20,000 reviews.
It is also available for free in the Google Play store.
