Lovell office equipment has been sold off at auction.
The Lovell Office Machines Corporation, which has been running a website selling the machines for just under €1,000 ($1,250) apiece, sold the machines to the Irish Independent for €1 million.
The sale comes as the country’s economy is in turmoil.
Lovell has said it will cut its workforce by 50 per cent to keep up with demand for its office machines.
The company has been struggling to attract customers, but has also struggled with its reputation for quality.
The machines are also said to be extremely popular with parents and students looking for a way to teach children computer skills.

In November, a company called KPMG sold a number of office machine products at auction in New York for an undisclosed amount.
The first, a version of the IBM PC with the IBM logo on it, sold for $1.7 million in 2014.
